This policy explains what data we collect when you visit mielperpinan.com or buy in our shop, what we use it for, how long we keep it and how you can exercise your rights, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights.

2. What data we process and why

Orders and purchases. First name, last name, billing and shipping address, phone number, email address and order details. We use them to manage your purchase, payment, shipping, any returns and invoicing.

Customer account. If you create an account, we store your login details and order history so that you can consult them and buy more quickly.

Contact form and email. The data you provide (name, last name, email, phone and message) are used only to answer your enquiry.

Newsletter and marketing communications. Only if you expressly tick the corresponding box will we use your email address to send you news, offers and information about our products. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email or by writing to us.

Browsing. Technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) obtained through cookies, as explained in our Cookie policy.

3. Legal basis for processing

• Performance of a contract: managing your orders, payments, shipments, returns and customer account.
• Compliance with legal obligations: invoicing and keeping accounting and tax records.
• Consent: sending the newsletter and marketing communications, and the use of non-essential cookies. You can withdraw it at any time.
• Legitimate interest: answering your enquiries and keeping the website secure.

4. How long we keep your data

Order and invoicing data are kept for the periods required by commercial and tax law (generally six years). Account data are kept until you ask us to delete them. Newsletter data, until you unsubscribe. Enquiries, for as long as needed to deal with them.

5. Who we share your data with

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties. We only share them with the providers we need in order to serve you, who act as data processors and comply with data protection law:

• Shipping: Packlink and the carrier you choose (Correos, Correos Express, CTT Express, DHL Parcel or SEUR), to deliver your order.
• Payments: PayPal and the WooCommerce card payment gateway (WooPayments). We do not store your card details.
• Web hosting and email: our hosting provider.
• Public authorities: where there is a legal obligation.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case they do so with the appropriate safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

6. Your rights

You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, and withdraw any consent you have given, by writing to ayudaweb@mielperpinan.com or by post to the address above, stating the right you wish to exercise.

If you believe we have not processed your data correctly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

7. Security

You must be over 18 to buy in our shop. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
