From our hives to your table

since 1920

A century-old legacy

For more than a century and four generations, the Perpiñán family has cared for its own hives and made its honey following the rhythm of nature.

Every jar is the result of a patient, respectful, artisanal process that preserves the purity, aroma, texture and authentic flavour of the honey.

Caring for our Bees

It all begins in the hive. Every week we check that the colony is healthy and that the bees have flowers nearby to forage from.

Harvesting the Honey

When the honeycombs are sealed with wax, the honey has matured. We carefully remove the frames and take them to the extraction room. Our honey is cold-extracted by centrifuge, so it keeps all its qualities intact.

Jarring

Each jar is lovingly filled by hand and hermetically sealed to preserve the full essence of our honey.
